It will be at 25 Douglas Mawson Road and operated by St Vincent de Paul Society NSW in collaboration with Regional Enterprise Development Institute Ltd, and in partnership with TOMRA Cleanaway.
"This new automated depot will offer immediate refunds and fast processing of containers with singulator machines that scan and sort up to 100 containers a minute, so participating in Return and Earn will be easier than ever in Dubbo," Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders said.

"This is great news for the Dubbo recycling community who have overwhelmingly embraced the Return and Earn scheme, with more than 28 million containers already returned via the two reverse vending machines at Delroy Park shops and Victoria Park."
