He'll lead a talented Flames team that mixes youth and experience, with Wollongong pair Duncan Maddinson and Dave Studholme set to be crucial to the side's hopes of winning the right to contest the semi-finals at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
In a major boost for the squad, Northern Districts' English recruit Elliot Hooper will also feature for the Flames. An emerging talent, 23-year-old Hooper made his County debut for Sussex earlier this year.
Kerrod White will captain the South Coast Crew, with both sides set to enter the Thunder Conference South Coast Pool games in form after a combined Illawarra-South Coast outfit edged out Sutherland in a thrilling trial match last Tuesday.

The four sides come together on Sunday in a blockbuster gala day of double headers for all.
