Forty years after waving goodbye to to each other, students from the year-twelve class of 1982 from Dubbo High School are aiming to reunite, but while the reunion itself is not until April 2021, the organising team wants to get the word out early and spread it far and wide, to help make it a major celebration.

Jim McVey of the organising team is calling on former students and fellow community members to help him to find ex-students from the following year groups: 1977 - year 7; 1978 - year 8; 1979 - year 9; 1980 - year 10; 1981 - year 11; and 1982 - year 12.
Students in these groups don't need to have completed year 10 or year 12. If they attended DHS in any of these year groups, they can join in.

"St Johns College students who did their senior years at DHS during that time are of course more than welcome."
