The Change is a series of workshops designed specifically for rural men and women who have been considering starting or scaling a micro business but are "uncertain of what to do or where to go next".
Dubbo-based The Exchange is taking the program on the road to five locations in the next six months, starting at Narromine this week.
Malaika Mfula is bringing her know-how to the rollout.
'As The Exchange's new program manager, I am thrilled to be applying my recent experience scaling businesses in Zambia back with The Exchange in the Central West region," she said.
"I'm really looking forward to getting out into the community and meeting start-up business founders and future founders."
Ms Mfula said The Change was a program designed to build business confidence for both men and women in rural areas.
"At The Exchange, we believe that geographic locations shouldn't be a barrier to scaling your business, and we are committed to expanding our reach, therefore it's time for us to hit the road."

The program will be delivered in Dubbo, Narromine, Trangie, Wellington and Coonamble.
It will include several two-hour interactive training sessions with facilitators covering topics from Design Thinking, content creation and branding, to finance and funding models all including additional course materials in each location.
"With The Change program, we are able to deliver workshops to a potential regional audience of over 63,000 people," Ms Mfula said.
The first three workshops will be held in conjunction with Narromine Shire Council's small business week.
