The show will feature at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre on October 26.
The show is a tribute to one of the greatest rock bands of the twentieth century, Queen, and features some of the groups biggest hits including We Will Rock You, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, We Are The Champions, Radio Ga Ga, A Kind of Magic, I Want To Break Free, Another One Bites the Dust and Bohemian Rhapsody.
The bands lead vocalist, Freddie Mercury, will be impersonated by Thomas Crane, who is arguably the best at his craft in Australia, both in appearance and vocals, and the Bohemian Rhapsody band accompanies him.
Freddie Mercury is regarded as one of the greatest lead singers in the history of rock music and was hailed by many as the most charismatic and flamboyant performer in contemporary rock, well-known for his flamboyant stage persona and four-octave vocal range.
Anyone who knows anything about Queen is well aware that a huge part of the live experience was their stage presence, their flamboyance, theatrics and energy.
This Queen performance captures the translation, posturing, preening, and the strutting and showmanship of Freddie Mercury," Crane said.
The production brings to life the visual excitement, sound and stage energy that many witnessed at a string of Queen concerts.
The tour is taking place across Australia hot on the trail of the release of the Queen movie.
"Everything is here, right down to the trademark cheeky banter and singing contests between Freddie and his audience," Crane said.
"I was inspired to put the show together after a couple approached me on his last tour.
"They told me they had seen Queen at a concert in the UK and enjoyed my show just as much.
"It makes it all worthwhile."
Thomas Crane and Bohemian Rhapsody have formed a strong fan base across Australia and overseas.
The have played in the UK, and at packed houses and huge events as well as touring globally.
The tribute band encourages community members who are fans of Queen to give the show a go.
Tickets to see the show are available for purchase at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centres Box Office.
