The money was raised at various fundraising events - including a car wash, family race day and golf day - held as part of the Give Me 5 for Kids initiative.
Organised by Southern Cross Austereo (SCA), which is the company who owns Dubbo's Hit 93.5 radio station, the events were held in June.
"Thank you to the community for your generosity and ongoing support of Give Me 5 For Kids," SCA's Dubbo general manager Brad Jephcott said.

In its 25th year, Give Me 5 For Kids raised more than $28.5 million for paediatric wards of local hospitals and kids health charities across SCA's 38 regional markets.
