A spokeswoman for the club said tickets would be on sale each weekend until Christmas.
Rotarians will be selling them at Orana Mall on Friday and Saturday this week.
"The same as every year, the money raised by the trailer raffle is used to support a variety of charities in the Dubbo district," the spokeswoman said.
Tickets cost $2 each. People who buy a book of five tickets will be entered in a second draw for a $1000 voucher from We Know Travel.
In 2018, an estimated 19,650 tickets were sold with Narromine's Alan Milnes winning the trailer filled with more than $6000 worth of equipment and appliances.
