About 36 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses showcased their products and services to more than 80 government and corporate buyers.
Aboriginal business development organisation Supply Nation and the National Indigenous Australians Agency organised the event.
"Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have been running innovative, successful and sustainable businesses for 60,000 years," the Supply Nation chief executive officer Laura Berry advised.
"Dubbo, as with many regional centres, has a relatively high Aboriginal population - with the 2011 Census indicating that 12.5 per cent of the local population is Indigenous," she said.
In Dubbo 26 businesses have registered with Supply Nation.
