The Riverfest Beer and Barbecue Festival will be held at Lazy River Estate on Saturday.
The Legless Pedestrians comprises five band members and has more than 30 years experience in the live music industry.
The band was originally a four-piece band based in Warren, but three of the four band members moved to Dubbo and they've since taken on a fifth member.
The Legless Pedestrian vocalist and guitarist Anthony Gemmell said the longevity of the band stemmed from good communication and going with the flow.
"A few of us went to school together, and a group of us would get together on weekends to play. Warren is a small town we all kind of knew each other, eventually, the group went from eight people to four. We're all just, sort of, mates," he said.

"They're a great bunch of guys, we never have any issues and if we do we settle it, sort it out and talk."
Gemmell said they were quite keen for the weekend and hoped it all ran successfully.
"We're really looking forward to it, and looking forward to big and better things to come. It's going to be a great afternoon," he said.
The popular band has featured in an endless list of community charity events, special functions and clubs and pubs over the years and travels all over the state to perform.
Hype Duo from Sydney will also perform. The band is well known for their mashups of songs and hilarious Aussie parody videos.
Hype Duo will be changing the pace up a big during the day with their more upbeat approach to rock and they're bringing drummer Nick Andreo along for the ride.
They cover all types of classic rock as well as dabble in some pop-funk and everything else in between.
"We will be smashing out a mix of our parodies, originals and covers with our drummer," band members Grug and Micko said.

It won't be the first time the iconic rock band has performed in Dubbo, but according to band member Mick they're thrilled about coming back.
"We are stoked to be headlining the event," he said.
The festival kicks off this Saturday, September 21, from 3 pm. Tickets can be purchased through 123tix.
