Jarryn Powyer found himself in the tricky position of having to name a replacement for himself this week but the Dubbo CYMS captain-coach found it a fairly simple exercise.

The suspended Powyer had little hesitation in shifting Billy Sing from the back-row to the front-row ahead of Sunday's Group 11 grand final clash with Wellington.
Sing has been a regular in the second-row this year for the minor premiers, while he has also spent time in the centres in the past, but Powyer is backing the laid-back forward to deliver in a major way in the decider.
"He's a dangerous player no matter where he is and I'm tipping him to have a big game," Powyer said.
"He's just someone you can count on regardless of his position or role, he's safe.
"He's pretty chilled but in the big moments he comes up with the goods and I've seen him do some freaky things.
"I remember against Parkes a few years ago he scored from a drop-out, ran and beat the winger and the fullback when a lot of other players might have just taken the tackle and gone for the next play.
"He's very casual but he's got speed and strength."
Alongside Sing's shift to the front row, the decision to start Luke Jenkins at hooker, and not select Brad Pickering were the other main one Powyer had to make.
Pickering suffered a knee injury earlier in the season but made his return in reserve grade in the major semi-final. With Pickering still awaiting surgery and the knee not being completely healthy, Powyer said it was to great a risk to name the fullback in first grade this weekend.
The major semi-final weekend provided Jenkins' first appearance in first grade this season after starting the year in retirement, but after starring in that win he's been named to start again.
Cameron Dennis, who missed the major semi due to illness, will provide depth at hooker from the bench.
"We've got a pretty young side but a lot of us have got big game experience," Powyer said.
"There's some new boys who've come in this year but nothing seems to faze them and it's probably helped being around a group which has had a lot of success."
Powyer is one of those who has experienced plenty of success but the premiership won't be on the field after a two-week ban for a high shot on Cowboys' centre Steve Gordon in the major semi-final.
He admitted he's not sure how he'll handle being on the other side of the fence but he knows it will be a vastly different way to experience the biggest day of the season.
"As a player I've just treated it like any other game and just focused on my job but when you're behind the bench it's going to be hard to hold back those emotions," he said.
"I'm looking forward to it in a way."
Kick-off is scheduled for 3pm.
