On Thursday morning, while on her way to work, a woman received a call to say she won $1 million in Wednesday night's lotto draw.
The woman still went into work and said "my head is still reeling... it feels surreal".
"I am going to get a new car and I will put some on the mortgage. I might even get my first passport and go overseas."
The winning ticket was purchased from News at the Mall.
On Tuesday another Dubbo woman won $200,000 after also buying a ticket from News at the Mall.
"I was just at work and went for a quick break and decided to check my ticket and I saw I won," she said.
Business owner Greg Stevenson said he hoped to to sell a third winning ticket this week and make it a trifecta.
"We are thrilled one of our regular customers has become a millionaire and we wish her all the best with her prize," he said.
A third Dubbo resident won $100,000 on Monday. That winning ticket was sold at Newsxtra on Macquarie.
The man who won said he didn't get a wink of sleep after he discovered he won.
"I've never won anything in my life... it's unbelievable and fantastic," he said.
"A friend of mine, who has since passed away, had been playing Lucky Lotteries for years and told me he always bought 10 numbers.
"So when I was in town the other day... I thought I'd grab a ticket with 10 numbers.
"I guess I've got my friend to thank for that."
All winners wished to remain anonymous.
