It was more than just a display of shine and mechanical perfection with something available for everyone.

Over 130 tractors were on display, along with hundreds of trucks, cars and motorcycles in all shapes and sizes for guests to enjoy.

Kids were entertained by a jumping castle, Johnny Clarke's animal farm, Pooka the clown, and painting supported by the Narromine Shire Council.

Visitors were treated to a live rescue demonstration by the Trangie Fire and Rescue brigade, a demolition derby, tractor pull and tyre rolling competition.

The pavilion also had a variety of market stalls from home-made jams to quilts and crafts available for purchase and there was plenty of food and drinks being provided by community groups and businesses.

The inaugural event, supported by the Trangie Car Club and Trangie Action Group was a demonstration of the town coming together to uplift spirits in the community, especially when times have been tough.

The committee are hoping the event would be held biennially to run in alternate years to the Golden Oldies Show in Dubbo.
