The Regional Grants Program is for not-for-profit groups, individuals, charities and organisations with projects that provide direct benefit to regional Australia.
The grants will include a combination of flights, cash and marketing support.
More than 800 applications have flowed in from across Australia since Qantas launched the program in June.
"We've been delighted by the number and calibre of applicants for our first ever regional grants program and we're looking forward to being able to give back to these local communities in a meaningful way," QantasLink CEO John Gissing said.
"The diverse range of applications we've received from all around the country is a clear show of the spirit of regional Australia."
Grant allocations will be determined by a panel of three QantasLink employees and two external community leaders.
Interested community groups and organisations can apply via qantas.com/regionalgrants.
Applications will close on August 30 and successful recipients will be announced in October 2019.
