Dubbo dancer London Yeomans has been named as a promising dancer at the Ooh La La Dance Extravaganza.

London was awarded four firsts and one second at the competition during the school holidays. She was also given the Junior 10 years and under Promising Dancer award.
The young dancer also had great success across the region's eisteddfods. London received nine firsts, three seconds and one third.

She was also presented with the Most Promising Dancer eight years and under at both Gulgong and Wellington eisteddfods.
The eight-year-old has been dancing since she was two-years-old and living at Hamilton Island. It's something she's hoping to turn into a career in either Paris, London or Russia.
She said dance gave her confidence to make friends and keep her body healthy.
Anyone can dance as long as they have sparkle in their heart, London said.
Her parents said they were inspired every day by her commitment and grounded nature towards her dance. They are excited for her future and whatever it brings.
