A 29-year-old Dubbo man who assaulted a woman on two consecutive weekends has been ordered to be of good behaviour by a magistrate.

Luke Weyer pleaded guilty to common assault and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
According to a statement of agreed facts tendered in court, Weyer first assaulted the woman after they had a night out at the Amaroo Hotel in February.
While the woman was in bed, Weyer came home and began yelling at her.
Court documents revealed he tore sheets off the woman, grabbed her shirt and tried to pull her out of bed.
The woman tried to leave the bedroom but Weyer blocked her and grabbed both of her arms.
According to court documents, the woman managed to get away and locked herself in another room of the house.
Weyer managed to get into the room and the woman retreated to an ensuite.
She locked herself in again but Weyer followed her and pulled the door off the rollers.
The woman went into another room again and ended up unable to move because Weyer laid on top of her.
He eventually left the room and then assaulted the woman again about a week later.
The pair were at a friend's 30th birthday party at the Commercial Hotel when problems began to emerge again.
In court documents police said that due to Weyer's "level of drinking" he began making "snide remarks" to the woman.
She left the venue and went to a house that he then returned to several hours later.
Weyer again tore sheets off the woman, grabbed her by the leg and pulled her down to the end of the bed she was sleeping in.
He then grabbed her by the shirt and stood her up off the bed, court documents revealed.
The woman tried to leave the room again but Weyer blocked the doorway and screamed at her.
He grabbed both of her arms so hard police said she had bruises.
The woman then tried to push Weyer and he then swung his left hand at her and struck her on the upper right side of her chest.
The woman swung back her hand in self defence and struck Weyer on the chest, court documents revealed.
In Dubbo Local Court last week Weyer was convicted of the two assault charges.
Magistrate Gary Wilson gave the repeat offender a 12-month community corrections order that requires to be of good behaviour.
