Reports of a break and enter led police to the home on Saturday.
When police arrived they found a garage door open and a rear door that had been forced.
Police said scales, plastic bags, capsules used to package drugs and 8.4 grams of cannabis were allegedly found inside the house.
On Sunday night police arrested two occupants of the home and charged them with drug possession and supply.
Evidence that led to the drug supply charges was gathered by police during investigations, which are expected to be more fully detailed when the pair come before Dubbo Local Court on September 18.
The 19-year-old man and woman have been granted bail and not yet entered pleas to any of the charges.
Police said investigations into the case are continuing.
