Joanne Broughton was visiting a man at his place in Myall Street on June 23 when an argument broke out.
After she initially refused to leave the premises, Broughton eventually moved on and yelled as she walked along Myall Street.
"I'm going to get my brother to come back and bash you and I'll get your house burned down," she told the man.
The male victim and another witness heard Broughton say those words.
According to court documents, the victim believed Broughton was capable of getting him assaulted and setting the house on fire.
In Dubbo Local Court last week she pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic violence related intimidation.
Magistrate Gary Wilson convicted Broughton and fined her $250.
