The charges include 13 counts of entering motor vehicles without consent, which Australian Community Media understands relate to a June 14 incident when a group of young people allegedly tried to break into 13 vehicles at Dubbo Hospital.
The boy has also been charged with breaching bail, 13 counts of larceny and 14 counts of damaging property.
Police arrested the boy about 7am on Monday and he was denied bail.
The boy was previously arrested by police for other undisclosed offences on June 14.
It is also understood the boy was allegedly involved in an attempt to break in to a Dubbo hockey field last Friday night.
