Ross Worth, the chief executive officer of Hog's Australia, confirmed there were "no plans to close Orange or Dubbo restaurants".
Mr Worth's comments came after a former franchisee who went bankrupt accused the company of not supporting its franchisees and predicted the brand would disappear within two years.
Customers have also been unimpressed with Hog's after it stopped offering a complimentary second side dish with meals - a decision Mr Worth said would be reversed towards the end of July.
"Food wastage...was a big factor in our decision to remove one of the sides, but customer service is our key driver, so we've bought it back," he said.
Across Australia 65 Hog's Australia Steakhouses remain open.
