The Dubbo woman had been in business in Talbragar Street for 13 years, but in April announced her intention to start a new chapter.
On Friday, the final day of trade, Mrs Rowley reported she had accepted an offer for the store premises.
"Yes, there's going to be a fabulous business... and the building's going to be loved by somebody else," she said.
"I'm really pleased it's not going to be an empty shell for any length of time."
Earlier Mrs Rowley told of plans to remain in Dubbo, and work part-time to give her more freedom to visit her aged parents.
On Friday she told of an added plan.
"There is one line of Israeli earrings that I will be doing in some way," she said.
Mrs Rowley, also well-known for her roles in Dubbo Theatre Company productions, offered thanks to "everyone who's been a patron here".
"It's been appreciated and I've had wonderful customers and my staff have been invaluable and I'm really lucky to have had such wonderful staff over the past 13 years," she said.
