The group's spokesperson Karina McLachlain said those opposed to the bridge should not give up, despite the RMS' claims the River Street Bridge is a fait accompli.
She has some advice for those who want an alternative to the River Street location for the city's high-level bridge.
"From this point onward people should directly lobby Dugald Saunders," she said.
"Bombard his office with the submissions that you've made to the RMS, sign our petition, let him know how unpopular this bridge is.
"If you don't, then it will go ahead and be a massive waste of your tax dollars."

Ms McLachlain also took umbrage to comments the RMS' Alistair Lunn made in the Daily Liberal last week.
"The RMS continue to make statements such as 'lowering congestion' and 'flood immunity' that fly in the face of the evidence, yet the RMS through Alistair Lunn continue to repeat them," she said.
"This is a propaganda technique called 'The Validity Effect'. If you repeat untruthful statements often enough, even in the face of evidence to the contrary, some people will start to believe them.
"There is no evidence that a Troy Bridge bypass would take only 10 per cent of highway traffic as the RMS claims. Look at how good the Northern Distributor is in Orange.
"Bypasses are so efficient at keeping highway traffic flowing, and out of the centre of cities that the RMS is building one for every other town along the Newell Highway."
