And five of those 12 tries came from centre Regan Hughes, helping his team a big 80-5 win over the visitors at Mitchell Oval in the New Holland Cup.
Harry Hunt and Nick Plunkett also picked up hat-tricks while Nick Greenberg scored one.
CSU led 33-5 at half-time, before putting on almost half a century in the second to claim a resounding win.
Coach David Conyers said it was the club's biggest win in "a long time".
"We played as a team, particularly in the second-half," he said.
"Some of our tries were real team tries, which was really pleasing because we were playing a bit individually in the first half.
"In the second half, we put together some really well constructed plays, with five, six players handling the ball before we scored.
"To bounce back from last week's loss like that was a big plus too."

Conyers praised Hughes, who was on fire with his five-try performance.
"He had an outstanding game," he said on his flying centre.
"He's been carrying a few injuries and hasn't been quite fit but he was at the top of his game on Saturday."
Parkes travelled to Bathurst with no reserves, for the earlier kick-off at 2pm.
And the visitors were lucky they didn't concede 100 points according to Conyers.
"We were a bit clumsy in the first half, with quite a few blokes in new positions," he said.
"The timing wasn't just there and it could've been 100 quite easily.
"The ref blew 35 minutes after both halves and when you get scores like we did today, that's fair."
The big win, however, didn't see CSU return to the top of the ladder.
Narromine picked up a massive 60-0 bonus point win over the struggling Dubbo Rhinos, with the Gorillas holding a four point lead over the Mitchell Men.
CSU and Narromine have both won nine games from 10, but the Gorillas have collected four more bonus points than CSU.
Elsewhere Mudgee claimed a big 48-0 win over Blayney.
- CSU 80 (Regan Hughes 5, Harry Hunt 3, Nick Plunkett 3, Nick Greenberg tries; Jack Keppell 10 conversions) defeated PARKES BOARS 5 (Brenden Bennett tries).
