Ms Chant - who has been in the industry for 33 years - will join the line up of industry specialists at the Women in Real Estate and Male Ambassadors of Change breakfast series. It will be held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, starting in August.
"It's such an honour to be asked to speak at this empowering real estate event," Ms Chant said.

"The opportunity to focus on and give back to the regional community I love, as well highlight the stories, experiences challenges and triumphs behind regional agents is such a thrill.
"I'll also be swapping ideas with our city counterparts and will bring back to Dubbo a bold new approach to ensuring my clients reap the rewards of this privilege."
The breakfast series, which is now in its third year, provides support and the opportunity to connect with other high-performing individuals, while paving the way for women to break from traditional roles in the industry.
Women in Real Estate and Male Ambassadors of Change organiser Sherrie Storor said Ms Chant was "rocking it in regional Australia".
"Karen is not only an amazing woman, who is open, honest and a complete champion of change, but she is a powerhouse agent who has an important voice to share in our real estate community," she said.
Ms Storor said having Ms Chant speak was an opportunity to showcase the regional real market and pay tribute to her incredible business achievements.
"These types of events tend to feature metropolitan agents, but the regional market is so important, and so different," she said.
