So when the Group 11 league tag draw comes out each season there's a game the Dubbo CYMS captain always puts a circle around.
The Fishies and Parkes Spacecats have developed one of the top rivalries across all grades in Group 11 and between them have won the past three premierships.
The two sides head into Sunday's match at Apex Oval unbeaten and sharing top spot on the ladder.
"It's a game we really try to prepare for because they're always strong and give us a good run," Grose said, eager to have her side put on a show for the crowd this weekend.
"If we play our best it's a really good spectacle for the spectators as well. It's not just something to sit and watch before first grade.

"We've got so many young, talented players and this year we've got some changes.
"Since last season the game-plan has changed for the better so we're dangerous when we're at our best."
While CYMS is unbeaten after four rounds it has been somewhat of a disjointed start to the season with Grose, boom recruit Madi Crowe, and Haley Butcherine among the players who have missed games.
But this weekend the Fishies are set to be at full strength.
"We're all fit and ready," Grose said, herself now back from injury.
"We're looking forward to it and I just loving playing quality footy and we get that against Parkes."
Australian touch football representative Crowe will be an obvious one to watch on Sunday, while the likes of Alahna Ryan, Emily Caton, Maddi Chapman, Taneka Todhunter, and Grose ensure there's threats all over the park.
"With the depth we've got it doesn't matter who starts," Grose said.
"We've gone beyond the basic skills of last year and we're more experienced. But if we do start well that gives us all more confidence."
Parkes try-scoring machine India Draper is the main danger to CYMS' chances on Sunday, the speedster arguably the form player in the competition early on.
"But the rest of the team has good players who are smart and put her in those holes," Grose said, wary of the defending premiers' entire lineup.
"You don't often see someone run from one end of the field to the other without help from teammates.
"They've got good halves and smart players. We've really got to get up and shut them down."
Kick-off is 11am at Apex Oval on Sunday.
