Rob 'big machine' Dewar left the Orange Eagles in awe on Saturday night as he ran rings around the opposition and led the Dubbo Rams to its first win of the Waratah League season.

Dewar dropped 46 points, surpassing his previous season high of 43, and led the Rams to 73-70 victory at Orange.
Dubbo went up against the Eagles in round 10 of the season, without Canadian Dewar and American import Charles Baines, and suffered a 79-58 loss so Saturday's result was sweet revenge for the Rams.
Rams player-coach Damien Reid said the team wasn't surprised when they finally broke through for a win in round 10.
"We knew we were going to win," Reid said.
"It's been a few weeks in the making.
"We've been learning the necessary lessons needed to improve.
"And we're putting the hard work in at training."
Reid said the Rams are getting better with every game and it's the 'younger fellas' on his side who have really stepped up.
"The younger guys are they heart of the team," he said.
"They have been pushing the older guys to work harder in training and in games.
"And even when they don't get a lot of play time, they show up, they're there on the bench watching."
After last week's 89-62 loss to fellow struggling team Wagga Wagga Heat, Reid said it felt nice to have taken out a win the following round.
As for Dewar's domineering performance, it was also expected.
"Rob even had Orange talking about how dominant he was," Reid said.
According to Reid, Dewar's performance could have been even bigger.
"He had something like 18 foul shots during the game, so if he really wanted to he could have gotten 50 plus points, at least," he said.
Reid said although he can't say what Orange would have been expecting walking into round ten, they would have certainly known to keep an eye on Dewar- who's been a constant dominant player this season and averages more points a game then anyone else in the Waratah League.
"He's an absolute machine," he said.
"He's certainly a handy big fella."
The towering Canadian import Dewar, contributed 46 of the 73 points for the Rams.
The game's next biggest contributing player was Orange's Andrew Manios who landed 27 in the bag.

Reid and fellow player Rohan Birrell contributed eight points each to the Ram's end-score.
Charles Bain and Daniel Medway took home four points each, Jason Brown landed two and James O'Neill contributed one each in an all-round effort.
Reid said the Rams will continue up from here-on-out as long as they remember not to slack off.
"In the past the Rams have tended to slack off after a bit of success," Reid said.
"We end up seeming to think that it comes easily so we're taking the necessary steps forward.
"Hopefully things will look up for us in the future.
"Every week we are improving."
Next Saturday the Rams will go up against the Shoalhaven Tigers for round 11.
