Lewin, who scored four tries the previous week against Dunedoo, delighted the home crowd with his fistful of touchdowns as the blue and golds ran away with the game ending 68-6.
The Unicorns' desire to give the throw the ball out to the speedy backs was again evident with fullback Jai Cain, bagging three along with centre Josh Nixon who also got a trifecta, with the other centre, captain coach Jarvis Watton contributing one try himself.
The sole try scored by a forward went to the Unicorn's hooker Luke Stanton.
The win consolidates Coonabarabrans' position at the top of the table and sets up an interesting game for them next week against the Trangie Magpies' who scored a strong 42 to 16 win over the Binnaway Bombshells at the Crater with the Magpies' centre Braden Carney once again making a major contribution to the scoreboard with four tries.
Trangie got off to a rapid fire start to the game and never looked in danger of losing the important clash with the Bombshells.
That win elevates the Magpies' to fifth position on the ladder, just one point behind the Dunedoo Swans' who were well beaten by the Gilgandra Panthers' 66-12 in Gilgandra.
The Swans' again seemed intent on playing the game in the forwards which posed few difficulties for the Panthers' defence, whilst conversely Gilgandra moved the ball around and handed in a fine display of backing up to maintain their unbeaten tag.
The remaining game saw Gulgong return to the winners list, defeating Baradine 46 to 14 at Gulgong.
Apart from the Coonabarabran versus Trangie game round six action this Saturday will see the Binnaway Bombshells' take on the Cobar Roosters at the Crater.
The two competition points are on offer being vital to both clubs as they try to build some momentum, with one third of the competition being completed come the full time siren this weekend.
After two heavy losses to Coonabarabran and Gilgandra the Dunedoo Swans' will be looking to regroup, but they face the solid task of trying to down the Coonamble Bears' at Coonamble, not something to be relished.
"Gilgandra will travel to Baradine to take on the Magpies' who always lift when they play against the Panthers'.
Some great league tag games are also on offer with Baradine (third on the ladder) hosting Gilgandra (first) and Coonamble (second) at home to Dunedoo (fourth).
There will also be a number of Youth League games played at Coonamble on Sunday when the Castlereagh League Youth League teams will be playing against teams from the Barwon Darling competition.
