Emmanuel Care provides those struggling to make ends meet with free everyday essentials.
The organisation has a Dubb-based charitable shop which provides them their revenue.
According to Manager Geraldine Tosh everything else they receive is given away.
Mrs Tosh says only category one items are sold at their charitable shop.
"These are top quality items, some even still have their original tags," she said.
"Everything of a category two is given away.
"A category two item may be a shirt missing a button or something with a small tear that can be repaired."
Since 2005, Emmanuel Care has shipped bundles of clothes, linen and toys out from Dubbo to African countries every week.
"A company called One Ten collects them from us and takes them to Sydney to be shipped off to Dubai and other African countries," Mrs Tosh said.
"People there can purchase a bale of clothing and set up a store to make some money for themselves to support themselves.
"Everything we send is usable, we don't send rubbish."
Product of Dubbo and Emmanuel Care Founders Neville and Alison Dorsey started the organisation as a refuge in Dubbo for anyone who was struggling with the every-day expenses of living.
They started out by giving away food and clothes, and providing for as many charities as they could.
With the accumulation of like-minded people volunteering their time to help the organisation, Emmanuel Care continues to expand.
Mrs Tosh says it is the result of a generous and wonderful Dubbo community which often leads to the organisation having a lot of excess stock.
If the organisation is unable to find communities in need of the stock, it would end up in the landfill, so in a recent desperate endeavor to find a home for the excess stock, Mrs Tosh stumbled upon the plea of Alice Springs for summertime essentials.
Alice Springs is a remote town in Australia's Northern Territory, halfway between Darwin and Adelaide- in the very centre of the country which is know to be desert land.
Where most areas in Australia prepare to face typical winter temperatures, Alice Springs is still battling the heat.
Mrs Tosh gives great praise to the voluntary contribution made from Land Transport, who offered to deliver the three pallets from Dubbo to Adelaide, which were then picked up by Gilbert's and delivered to Alice Springs all for free.
