They've dominated Dubbo Netball's top flight competition in recent years, Fusion Heat captain Tash Robinson says a third straight premiership won't come easily in 2019.

Not only did the Heat take out the past two Rawson Homes A Grade premierships, but the side only lost one game across the 2017 and 2018 seasons.
The 2019 side is a much younger one than they've had in the past, with key players from the 2018 squad Tash Janetzki and Emily Coggin moving on.
But Robinson and the Heat have recruited well, and the captain is "confident but definitely not cocky" about their premiership prospects.
"We've lost a bit of experience and a bit of skill but the girls we've managed to pick up to fill those spots we're super lucky to have," Robinson said.
"They are a little younger but they've got lots of potential so we're really excited to get out on the court."
The return of Khyarne Biles - a Heat original - and Chloe Parkins will bring some much-needed experience to the side, while young defender Hannah Spittles and under 17s shooter Georgie Conway bolster the ranks.
Parkins in particular is a key pick-up, having returned to Dubbo netball after two years in Wollongong.
Saturday will mark her first time playing A Grade alongside Robinson, who coached her from under 12s right up to under 17s.
"It is a bit special," the now 21-year-old said.
"It brings back the good old mems from when I was a little pup. Training me up."
She admitted there was a "bit of pressure" joining the defending premiers.
"But I'm sure Tash will be kicking my bum and making sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing," Parkins said.
"No, it will just be good to come back with the girls.
"They had a really good season last year and I think it'll be exciting for me to come back to Dubbo and play some netball."
"We've probably got more youth in the team this year than we did previous years so we'll definitely have a lot more combinations to work out," Robinson said.
"Not as many of us have played together as the previous seasons so we'll have a little bit to work out throughout the season but I'm fully confident in the team we've got to do well."
To her "newbies" Robinson had some simple advice.
"Relax, take it one game at a time and if I yell at you, I mean it in the nicest way possible!"
The Heat open their 2019 campaign against the Narromine Hawks on Saturday, with this season marking the return of both Narromine and the Nyngan Cougars to the top grade.
Both sides have played in A reserve in recent years, with the Hawks taking out the 2018 title.
"I think Nyngan and Narromine have been strong in the last couple of years but probably not wanted to move up ... but they definitely have the players and the teams to do that," Robinson said.
"So I think it's really good that there's a bit of representation of all the teams and all the clubs across the board in A grade now.
"It's great. The more teams we can get up and push through A grade, I think, is good for the sport. It gets us out there a bit more too, it gets a bit more exposure."
The Heat play Narromine Hawks at 12pm.
