Dubbo police said irrigation company Aquawest was targeted by thieves twice over the Easter long weekend.
Petrol pumps were stolen on Good Friday, then on Easter Saturday more pumps were stolen.
Also during Easter, windows were smashed at the Dubbo Blood Donor Centre.
In the first week of school holidays before Easter, the bike of a Dubbo Tenpin Bowl customer was maliciously damaged outside the building on April 17.
A 36-year-old woman stole hundreds of dollars worth of cushions and craft supplies from Dubbo's Spotlight store on April 16.
Police have appealed for assistance to locate another woman seen pushing a pram, after she stole cashews from a BP Service Station on April 16.
"She is described as having a thin to medium build and black medium length hair," acting Orana Mid-Western Police District crime coordinator Sergeant Amanda Trindall said.
"She was wearing a white t-shirt and black tights."
Lollipops, biscuits and batteries were stolen from another BP site on April 15.
In relation to that theft, police are looking for an Aboriginal man, aged 22 or 23 years and about 175 centimetres tall.
"He had a grey baseball cap on with 'New York' written on top, he was wearing a short sleeved black Fila t-shirt, grey pants and blue shoes," sergeant Trindall said.
The front window of Sharon Fardell's Hair Studio was smashed between 2pm on April 14 and 7.30am the next day.
While on duty, a Spacey Storage worker saw a man trespassing and attempting to steal from a car parked at the businesses, in the very early hours of April 14. The trespasser ran off and jumped a fence when the worker spotted him.
