An alert issued by NSW Roads said incidents have been reported to officers attached to the Orana Mid Western Police District.
"We want to assure the local community that there are CCTV cameras in place to help catch the culprits," NSW Roads said in a statement.

"The safety of both local Dubbo residents and workers is our priority.
"We will continue to work with council, NSW Police, community groups and community leaders to address these concerns."
