Photographer Duke Albada has spent time with the kids from LeaderLife as they rolled up their sleeves to present a weekend at the drive-in.
The hundreds of shots she's taken will form Behind the Scenes, which will open at the Western Plains Cultural Centre on Thursday.
The Tweed-based visual storyteller previously did a community arts project in the Apollo Estate.
Albada said she knew a number of the kids working on the drive-in weekend and their families.
She was passionate about the new project.
I'm documenting their works and I'm documenting the joy...

"The reason I'm doing it is all these guys are working really hard to upgrade this site and put the movies on, and people who come to see the movies don't see behind the scenes," she said.
"So I'm documenting their works and I'm documenting the joy and I'm documenting their interactions, and that can all be seen at the cultural centre...
"It's a bit of a drive to come here, but for a project that is this significant and because it's a change, it's a change between the community and the boys... it's important, so I support it."
The official opening of the pop-up exhibition will be at 6pm and all are welcome.
