The Pub Choir on Thursday night showed everybody can sing, especially in a three-part harmony. It was one of the first events marking a full Youth Week in Dubbo and Wellington.
Dubbo Regional Council youth development officer Lionel Wood said there were plenty of activities during the week to appeal to a broad range of youths.
"We've got active things and things for non-active kids, things for people who want to sing," he said.

Mr Wood said he was hoping to make it an annual part of Youth Week.
"One year they had the Roar Music Festival in town and this is nothing to that calibre, it's more about getting out and showcasing what we have here in Dubbo," he said.
There'll be a bucking bull, with prizes for the person who stays on the longest, a three-on-three basketball competition, a community mural, skateboarding show and the chance to get a free haircut.
"The Get Slimed Nickelodeon-style, that's pretty big. I've been nominated to get slimed so if people want to come along and watch that it would be great. Our newly-elected local member has put his hand up as well," Mr Wood said.
In Wellington. there'll be boot camps for film makers, events at the skate park and the Uniting Cinema at the Stars.
The cinema will also be held in Dubbo.
"Cinema Under the Stars is a big one every year. That's a family event, we don't want to discriminate against families and people who have youths and then three-year-olds. Dubbo is a family-friendly place," she said.
Whatever the event, Mr Wood said he wants people to get involved and try new things.
"A lot of people have put in a lot of effort for things like this to happen and I'm very grateful for that. If we don't get people involved then we could potentially lose the week. A lot of places just have a one day event instead of spreading it out for the week," he said.
"We're very lucky in Dubbo that we've built that real expectation to have 10 to 15 events on over the week. And now with Wellington, it broadens it out a bit further."
