ENRICHing Survivorship will be held in Dubbo for eight weeks. It will be held on Wednesday evenings.
The free, group-based program is comprised of eight two-hour sessions. It provides participants with a range of nutrition information, involvement in physical activity and practical information about adjusting to life after cancer treatment. It also includes a yoga session and will help participants to explore relaxation techniques that may reduce stress and anxiety.

Melissa Jackman, who completed the program in Bathurst said it allowed her to build healthy habits and friendships with the other participants.
"It was perfect timing for me as I was preparing for a breast reconstruction at the time. I found it was great to hear things from a carer's perspective a they were able to come to the sessions too," Ms Jackman said.
"The facilitators, including an exercise physiologist and a dietitian, were sensitive to our needs and were brilliant."
Cancer Council Western NSW's Camilla Thompson encouraged all former cancer patients from the area to join.
"With cancer survival on the rise, lifestyle programs like ENRICHing Survivourship are an efficient and effective way to support behaviour change which is vital to improving the long-term health of those affected by cancer," she said.
