After Prince Harry spoke to the crowd at Victoria Park, mayor Ben Shields gave the royal couple some clapping sticks, made by Tim Naiden from Goanna Woodworks.
Even with the lavish baggage allowance the Royal's are surely given, it's unlikely they took all those gifts back to London.
But imagine they did.
What happens to it all?
The royal family's official gift policy says a few things can happen.
The gifts can be accepted and used if they are worth less than £150 ($A276)
Imagine baby Windsor playing with a container of slime while wearing a Dubbo bib, that's a happy thought.
It puts a smile on my face to think of baby Windsor driving Harry and Meghan mad with the din from those clapping sticks, thanks, Mr Mayor!
They can be kept in storage for up to five years.
Imagine the Royal baby in need of some snazzy footwear when he or she starts walking.
"Hey, Harry what happened to those cute sandals we got from Dubbo?" Meghan might say.
"They're in storage darling, would you like me to go and get them for our little cherub?", Harry might reply.
Curators of the Royal Collection can choose to include any gifts into their displays, or contributions may be donated to an organisation or charity.
Lastly, and sadly, gifts can be destroyed or thrown out.
Let's hope none of the gifts they received from their loyal Dubbo subjects were thrown out or destroyed because that would be a shame.
