A 38-year-old Dubbo driver who crashed into two cyclists was found guilty of negligent driving occasioning actual bodily harm in Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday.

Magistrate Gary Wilson dealt with the matter in Christie's absence and disqualified him from driving for three months.
Christie was also fined $750.
Police said at 6.30am on December 19, Christie was driving a white Mitsubish Colt and after turning onto the Golden Highway, the bonnet of Christie's car collided with two cyclists.
The collision saw the cyclists thrown off their bikes and onto the middle of the road.
"The sun was in my eyes, I didn't seem them," Christie told police.

He declined the offer to participate in an electronically recorded interview.
The court heard this was Christie's first offence.
