Matthew Wayne Aitken, of Hopkins Parade, is also alleged to have driven a stolen vehicle around Guerie while disqualified from driving on Saturday.
The 26-year-old is accused of failing to pay for $63 worth of petrol from a BP site in Dubbo at 5.18am on the same day.
Police further allege that on Sunday, for the second time in as many days, Mr Aitken was in Geurie driving a stolen ute while disqualified.
He is also accused of possessing equipment police believe could have been used to break into a house.
In total, Mr Aitken was charged with allegedly committing 10 crimes — including driving a stolen car twice, driving while disqualified on four occasions, failing to stop for police twice and causing two pursuits, possessing housebreaking implements and stealing petrol.
He entered no plea to the charges.
Dubbo police told the Daily Liberal Mr Aitken was caught and arrested on Sunday, after they found the allegedly stolen ute he was accused of driving.
It was found abandoned 1.5 kilometres west of Arthurville Road near Guerie.
"While looking at the vehicle, officers saw a driver running through a paddock and engaged in a foot pursuit," the police spokesperson said.
Mr Aitken was arrested by police and taken to Wellington Police Station where he was charged.
He appeared in Dubbo Local Court on Monday when he was refused bail and ordered to remain in custody.
Mr Aitken's case returns to Dubbo Local Court on Wednesday April 10.
