The gates open for rider sign on at 7am, and the action starts for spectators at 9am when the bikes hit the track for practice.
With 150 riders from as far as Sydney and Cobar attending the first round, the club is expecting another big turnout for the second round.
"We've had great start to the year with riders travelling from all over the state for our first round of racing and there were some impressive performances across the junior and senior classes," club president Ben Woldhuis said.
"Tom Geale cleaned up in three senior classes last round and I'm sure some of the boys like Luke Harding and Trent Wheatley will be keen to knock him off the top of the leader board this weekend so there should be some pretty exciting racing in the seniors," he continued.
In the junior classes, local riders Brock Deveson, Jonty Hatton, Lou Lou Selliger and Tyler Eade are promising young riders to keep an eye on as they rocket around the 1.9 kilometre track.
With ideal weather conditions around Dubbo recently Woldhuis expects the track will be great for racing.
"We've had over 40 millimetres of rain in the last few weeks so the track should be in prime condition for racing," he said.
With races for all ages and bikes sizes including Nippers, 50cc, 65cc, 85cc, Girls and Lites in the junior classes, there are opportunities for riders of all ages and levels of experience to have a ride on the weekend.
Senior riders can race across a number of classes, depending on experience and bike size, including A and B grade Lites, Opens, A and B grade All Powers, Women's and Over 35's.
Aside from racing this weekend, the club will also be hosting a number of training camps with leading motocross coaches in the coming months for riders starting out on dirt bikes or those looking to improve.
Coaching clinics by OatsMX will be on May 11-12, MXRD's will be on 18-19 May, and Race Pace will be on Saturday, June 1.
Hayden Mellross will run a camp on June 15.
