Held in Trundle on Saturday, May 4 this year's festival is being managed by event management company Executive Event Solutions who are bringing "a fresh set of eyes".
Activities start at 12.30pm on Saturday May 4 and when the "night is young" ABBA tribute band Bjorn Again will make an appearance.
Two trains have been organised to transport ABBA lovers this year, one from Sydney and another from Parkes.
Buses are making their way from as far as Canberra and as close as Forbes to "feel the beat from the tambourine" as a number of performers entertain an anticipated crowd of 5000 as they dance and jive and have the time of their life.
"As with past events this year is going to be a great drawcard for the region," Executive Events spokesman Peter Docwra said.
"Parkes Shire Council has been outstanding, with assistance, both to us as event organisers and of the festival."
Executive Solutions were approached to event manage this year's festival and Mr Docwra said the company was delighted to become involved and bring a "fresh set of eyes" to what is already a successful event.
"There was nothing wrong with the Festival but it is always good to bring a fresh set of eyes and perspective," he said.
"There already is a lot of spirit to the Festival," he added.
One of the highlights of the program will again be a world record attempt for the most people dancing to Dancing Queen at 5.15pm.
Bjorn Again, Australia's only ABBA tribute band, is again headlining this year's Festival which, Mr Docwra said also features ABBA singing and dancing competitions.
Other performers featuring this year are the Natalie Prevedello Duo, Ingrid Mae, Alana Patience, Tristan McManus, Ben Ransom and Amitie.
Bjorn Again will perform from 6.30pm.
Tickets are currently available at 123.tix.com.au
Tickets are $70 for adults, $47 for children 11-16 and children up to 10 years of age are admitted free.
Berryman Oval in Trundle is the setting for the 2019 festival.
