The extensiveness of an alleged drug supply operation has been described as "unprecedented in this community" by a magistrate who denied bail to two Dubbo men accused of being involved.

Caine Leslie Rootes, 29, and Adam Daniel Carnevale, 43, appeared before Magistrate Gary Wilson in Dubbo Local Court on Tuesday.
They are two of eight people who were arrested in a series of raids by police across regional NSW and the Hunter region on Monday.
Both are accused of committing 45 offences - most of which relate to the supply of various amounts of cannabis.
Mr Rootes is alleged to have supplied 97.3 kilograms of cannabis between July 2018 and March 2019, while police allege Mr Carnevale supplied 65 kilograms during the same period.
In addition, police allege Mr Rootes supplied cocaine twice - 14.2 grams in November 2018 and 3.5 grams in February 2018.
Both men are also alleged to have dealt with property police believe was the proceeds of crime - to the value of $512,000 in Mr Rootes' case and $373,080 in Mr Carnevale's.
Mr Carnevale is also accused of knowingly directing activities of a criminal group while Mr Rootes is accused of knowingly participating in a criminal group.

No pleas have been entered and in strongly opposing bail, the prosecution said police investigations were still ongoing, other people were likely to be arrested and one of the alleged offences carried a maximum 15-year prison term.
Mr Carnevale's partner, Tracey Elizabeth Gould, 38 - also appeared in court and wept before she was granted bail.
She is accused of committing 14 offences, including knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and supplying cannabis.
Paul Michael Anderson, 47, of Cassilis, is the other person from regional NSW who was arrested on Monday.
He was refused bail in Mudgee Local Court on Tuesday and is charged with various counts of supplying a prohibited drug, dealing with property believed to proceeds of crime and knowing directing activities of a criminal group.
Each of the accused will reappear in court on May 15, while Mr Anderson will be in Mudgee Local Court again on Friday.
