But the Group 10 powerhouse won't have it all their own way.
Dubbo CYMS has accepted the challenge in 2019 and will take part in the league tag carnival at Tom Clyburn Oval for the first time in its nine year history.
St Pat's has won four challenge crowns in that time - coming up trumps in 2012, 2016, 2017 and 2018 - while Orange Hawks (2013) and Orange CYMS (2014 and 2015) have both take out the title as well.
All three clubs are back for another crack in 2019 but organiser Andrew Pull is expecting a massive challenge from the Fishies girls.
"It's great to have such a powerful club from western come and be part of the competition this year," he said.
"They've got a couple of players playing with the Goannas in the tackle semi-finals as well but they'll travel back and forth which is great."
The first games on Sunday kick off at 11am.
