Regional Development Australia (RDA) Orana, which ran the Inland Growth Summit in Dubbo in January, has reported of the masterclass being a "unique opportunity for businesses to learn new and innovative recruitment techniques".
United States (US) recruitment marketing expert Tracey Parsons will be conducting her only masterclass in Australia in Dubbo on March 22.
"She seizes opportunities to push innovation and be an agent for change," RDA Orana director Megan Dixon said.

RDA Orana research has found many businesses in the region struggling to attract appropriate talent.
In the lead-up to the summit, Mrs Dixon spoke of the region's slow-growing population and low employment rates.
She also identified more than $7.9 billion worth of projects planned for the region across the next five years.
They are expected to generate about 2500 “direct and permanent” jobs while triggering 2500 “flow-on” jobs.
Ms Parsons has led the Recruitment Marketing Centre of Excellence at SmashFly Technologies in the US.
"SmashFly have been breaking through traditional recruitment techniques and trailblazing how companies connect to talent to drive their business forward,” Mrs Dixon said.
