We're starting to see more winter sport news hit the top of our most-read list each week - so make sure you jump onto the sports email mailing list each Friday so you don't miss a thing.
And just for our subscribers keep an eye out for the Footy Fanatics email, which will be starting very soon and landing in your inbox on a Sunday night - it's one to keep watch for.
In other news, we have sent through a list of questions to our candidates ahead of the NSW election and asked they send back their answers by Monday evening.
Once they come back we will put together profiles on each of the candidates so you know exactly what they stand for. We're hoping it might make things a little easier for you as well when you head along to cast your vote.
Speaking of voting, if you are out of town or unable to get to a polling place on election day we have all the details about the early voting centre right here. Take note though, there are meant to be around 12,000 people expected to vote early, so Paul Schenk (the election manager for the Dubbo district) has a few tips.
That's all from me this week. If you haven't already please join our private subscriber group on Facebook (just make sure you answer the questions so we can approve you!).
It's a great place to talk directly to all our journalists, and over the coming weeks there will be a couple of editorial changes - so I'll update you via this newsletter and the Facebook group.
Have a great weekend everyone.
