Sunrise Weekend hosts Basil Zempilas and Monique Wright will cross to Mr Tobin at Wellington's Cameron Park between 7am and 10am.
The weatherman will interview representatives from the Wellington Caves, Wellington Boot, Burrendong Botanic Garden and Arboretum, Farmers Browns Eggs and Love Merino.
Dubbo Regional Council will host a free sausage sizzle at the park between 7am and 8.30am.
Mayor Ben Shields is keen to see a crowd at the park.
“Weekend Sunrise has a national audience of almost 250,000 people so this is a priceless promotion for Wellington,” he said.

On Sunday morning Mr Tobin will travel to Tooraweenah to broadcast from the emu farm and tourist attraction, Emu Logic.
The Weekend Sunrise visit to the region coincides with a $250,000 destination marketing campaign involving Dubbo Regional Council, Destination NSW, Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Old Dubbo Gaol and Wellington Caves.
The campaign began in October 2018 and includes advertising across commercial television’s catch-up TV, social media, print, YouTube and digital mediums.
