Months of creative output inspired by the landscape of a western NSW town will culminate in a performance and exhibition to premiere on Friday night.

Young women from Warren Central School will dance an original piece on the new outdoor stage of the Window on the Wetlands (WOW) Centre for their community.
Their Dry Lands/ Wetlands performance is themed to the town’s Tiger Bay Wetlands.
Outback Arts and Signal Creative, which have partnered to deliver the Women Outfront program, have been travelling to Warren to work with the female students.
The students in Years 5 to 10 have created the choreography and costumes.
They are also set to unveil a photographic exhibition of images they have captured during Women Outfront.
School music teacher Frances Evans has supported the initiative and says the students are "excited" as the event approaches.

“Hopefully there’s a big crowd, [that people come to] show their support, not just for the young women, but for the growing appreciation for the arts among young people at Warren,” she said.
“All the students have shown great growth… it’s very heartening to see the young women step up and be leaders.”
The event from 6pm to 8pm is free and Barnardos will provide a free barbecue.
