The first Bizruption event west of the Blue Mountains will take place in Dubbo on Thursday, March 7 at The Exchange Dubbo at CSU.
Bringing together small business owners, enterpreneurs and start-ups the event has been described as a 'gathering of like minds' rather than 'another free networking event'.

Regional Development Australia Orana Director Megan Dixon said it was an opportunity for the Small Business Commmunity to come together, collaborate and inspire one another to innovate and grow their business, and as an extension, the region's economy.
“It also provides an opportunity for small business owners to pitch their business to other business owners, and get inspired by business owners who have created massive success, plus win prizes, have a drink, a bite and learn.
“Last year the Small Business Community in Dubbo and the Orana region demonstrated their desires to capitalise from the Digital Disruption happening in their industries when The Digital Bootcamp came to Dubbo, this is why Dubbo has been chosen for the first Bizruption outside our capital cities,” Mrs Dixon said.
