New toilets have been installed, as well as showers and a baby change table, and the building itself has been refurbished. The entrances have also moved to the opposite side of the building to improve safety.
Funding for the work has come from a $18,000 grant secured by the Dubbo Netball Association and $250,000 from the Stronger Country Communities Fund.

Dubbo Touch Association's Krystal Laughton said the work was a definite improvement, which had been needed for a long time.
"There were plenty of times when you tried not to use them if you could. Now they've had the upgrade they look great," she said.
Dubbo MP Troy Grant said 1500 netball players, those who play touch football and cricketers would benefit from the amenities upgrade.
"There's also easy access to the defibrillator which I understand was used recently. It's a win-win for the community and that's what the funding was all about," he said.
Mayor Ben Shields said the facilities had been "disgraceful".
"Last year the complaints coming through from the community were pretty hectic so it's great we've got the facilities sorted out," Cr Shields said.
