The Sydney club blazed through the Eastern Regional Ultimate Championships at Dubbo's Lady Cutler fields last weekend, dropping just one game against Singapore side Havoc (10-9).
But they bounced back in resounding fashion, defeating Manly 13-6 in an impressive women's final.
Captain Bec Carman has played for Australia, and stars for the Sydney Suns in the professional Australian Ultimate League.
But she said winning the Eastern Regional Championships at Dubbo was "very exciting for us".
"It's worth the drive … great fields and the weather was really nice," she said.
"We came out here looking for some hard competition and we had some great games throughout the tournament.
You've ... got a lot of the top teams from all over Australia here.
- Bec Carman
"The eastern region is one of the strongest regions in Australia, so you've definitely got a lot of the top teams from all over Australia here. You can expect to see a lot of these teams do really well at Nationals."

The opens final went right down to the wire, with Sydney Colony Mutiny prevailing over Sydney Colony Uprising 11-10 in a high-octane showcase.
Having played at the highest level, Carman said the "very welcoming community" kept her coming back.
"I know a lot of people form other teams, having played with them or against them, and if you travel to somewhere else, like we travelled here, you're always really welcome," she said.
"It's really nice."
