Former Dubbo minister Simon Hansford will speak at the Uniting Church's Spirituality in the Pub event on Saturday.

Now the Moderator of the Uniting Church in the NSW and ACT, Reverend Hansford was ordained as a minister in 1990 before moving to Dubbo in 1991 with his wife where he lived with his family until 2003 when they moved to Queanbeyan.
The couple had two daughters while in Dubbo and Reverend Hansford said he developed a deep love for regional and rural Australia.
Rev Hansford will speak during the event about Engaging the Community.
He will also meet with members of the Dubbo Uniting Church community and friends on Saturday afternoon at Wesley House in Church Street, before preaching at the 9.30am worship service.
Spirituality in the Pub will be held at the Macquarie Inn from 6pm on Saturday, March 2.
