Adam Eckersley from the Adam Eckersley Band and Brooke McClymont, from The McClymont’s have won a gong of awards during their many years of performing.
The couple have extended their Highway Sky Tour, after a hugely successful Tamworth Country Music Festival, where they were nominated for four Golden Guitar awards.
The pair played in Nyngan in 2017 and said they had such a great response they wanted to do it again.
"We were heading out there in 2017 and we wanted a show on the way out and thought let's try Nyngan," Adam said.
"It was awesome, it was a chock-a-block club and everyone had a great time so we thought let's go and do it again."
Adam is no stranger to western NSW, having lived in Cobar previously.
He said having lived in a rural town, it was crucial to both Brooke and himself to get there and perform at the smaller venues.
"We know for people it's hard out west and in rural areas to come to the cities or the coast for the shows," Brooke said.
"And we know you guys cry out for entertainment and for a night out, so we thought we'll come to you, and we love it."
"It's also usually some of the most appreciative and best audiences we get to play to," Adam added.
They duo will perform on Friday, March 22 in Nyngan at the RSL Club from 7.30pm.
Audiences can expect to hear the entire collection of songs from the ‘Adam and Brooke’ album, as well as their third single, Nothing Left to Win, which was nominated for ARIA and Golden Guitar Awards.
"The duo show that we will be bringing to Nyngan has been a really fun show," Adam said.
"We get to talk about the songs and how they were written, what they were inspired by and have a joke.
"It's a pretty intimate type of show it's like you're sitting in our lounge room."
"Nothing Left to Win is a song I’m really proud of."
"It's been received really well at shows, it's a good old fashioned cheating song."
"So there's usually a few people in the audience that can relate to it."
Supporting the show is the 2019 Toyota Star Maker winner Blake O'Connor.
"He will be opening the show, he's an awesome talent and is going to be mega in years to come, so we're stoked to bring him out and show him to Nyngan as well," Adam said.
Tickets for the show can be found online via Facebook or can be purchased at the Nyngan RSL Club.
