The Goannas ran out 68-8 victors at Apex Oval, thanks largely to stellar defence and glittering attacking showings from Alahna Ryan, Brittany Naden, Tori Canham, and Emily Caton.
Those four, as well as others in the lineup, swapped positions to great effect during the contest with Ryan particularly devastating.

The former Nyngan star, set to feature in Dubbo CYMS colours in 2019, was a constant threat and finished the match with five tries of her own.
Her support play was one of the most eye-catching aspects of her game as she continually arrived to take a pass when playing fullback.
"We've got a really strong team in our backs," a delighted Britt Naden said after the win.
"We can all play anywhere and we can all be that utility. Anyone with the ball in their hands is dangerous."
The Goannas remain unbeaten after three rounds and head into this weekend's top-of-the-table clash with the Bathurst-based Panorama Platypi full of confidence.
Both Naden and captain Amy Townsend are confident the side can get better again, something which could well spark fear in the rest of the competition.
"Everything is coming together with us girls," Naden added.
"We come from nothing and every week we're getting better and better."
It's so much fun with these girls. It's just unreal.
- Goannas' Brittany Naden
The Goannas came out flying at a warm Apex Oval on Sunday and it didn't take long for Ryan to cross for her first.
Canham started what would be a fantastic day with the boot by slotting the conversion and she soon had her second successful kick after Caton scored.
Britt Naden and Shay Naden crossed in quick succession as the Goannas started to run away with the match in the first half.
They weren't done there either as an ability to shift the ball from side-to-side and capitalise on Woodbridge Cup mistakes led to Kaitlyn Andrews diving over while Shay Naden and Ryan both scored again before the break to all but have the game won at 42-0.
Canham, who finished with 20 points of her own on the day, didn't miss a conversion in the first half and one effort from the chalk was the highlight.
The visitors showed promise early in the second half and scored twice in quick succession after Goanna Tara Stanley crossed, but the defence of the hosts lifted again and barely allowed another chance.
The rest of the game belonged to Ryan as she took advantage of a tiring Woodbridge Cup side to continually sliced through the defence and break tackles.
Her second half hat-trick iced the result, while Canham also scored a deserved try.
"It was unreal," Naden said of the effort in attack and defence.
"We worked as a team and it turned out really well.
"It's so much fun with these girls. It's just unreal."
The Goannas also scored a strong win in the under 18s, running out 38-8 victors while Woodbridge Cup had plenty to cheer about in the under 15s match.
The Woodbridge Cup side scored a clinical 42-14 win to ensure they remain the only beaten side in that division after three rounds.
The Goannas take on the Platypi at Wellington's Kennard Park on Saturday.
